Paravision partners with Persona to offer enhanced age estimation technology

Partnerships

  • Paravision, a provider of facial recognition software, has partnered with Persona, a unified identity platform, to introduce an ethical AI-driven age estimation and verification tool, a solution focused on diverse data and bias detection.

  • This joint offering allows businesses to expedite age verification while maintaining user privacy, utilizing selfie-based age estimation and adaptable verification flows provided by Persona.

  • The solution enables companies to adapt quickly to evolving regulations, ensuring compliance, user consent, and privacy while upholding high ethical standards in AI model training and bias monitoring by Persona and Paravision.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Lately, Paravision has been expanding its product portfolio. In March 2023, it launched “Paravision Search, ” a facial recognition platform targeting enterprise use cases that is capable of handling records with a face-matching capability of more than one million matches per second per core, and in August 2023, it launched its sixth-generation facial recognition product suite , Paravision Gen 6, which has a 30% reduction in error rates across different demographic groups.
