Kyndryl, a provider of IT infrastructure services, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have formed a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) focused on advancing GenAI and ML capabilities. This alliance aims to drive innovation and efficiency and accelerate digital transformation for mutual customers.

The partnership entails establishing an Innovation Factory for co-creating AI solutions, enhancing Kyndryl's abilities in managing AWS cloud services, and jointly expediting the modernization of enterprise systems on AWS to reduce costs and complexities.

Kyndryl plans to augment its technical expertise by expanding AWS certifications and leveraging its AI-readiness program to assist customers in responsibly integrating AWS’ GenAI services, aiming for tangible business impacts.
