Massachusetts-based quantum software startup QSimulate has secured USD 2.5 million in a funding round led by quantum technology investment firm 2xN, with participation from UTokyo IPC and Kyoto iCAP.
The proceeds will be used to boost the business in Europe and Asia, focused around its quantum physics-based drug-discovery platform, QSP Life. This platform includes QuValent and QuantumFP, encompassing different aspects, such as small-molecule lead optimization, covalent inhibitor design, and ultra-high-throughput molecular fingerprinting.
