Zuora reported a loss per share of USD 0.04 for Q3 2023, missing analyst-estimated earnings per share of USD 0.05; however, it was significantly lower than the loss per share of USD 0.28 recorded a year ago. The company's revenue rose 13% YoY to USD 109.8 million for Q3 2023, beating consensus revenue estimates of USD 108.7 million.
The company also reported that customers with an annual contract value (ACV) equal to or greater than USD 250,000 were 453, up from 420 in Q3 2022.
During the quarter, Zuora partnered with Sovos, a compliance solution provider, to facilitate electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) mandates in compliance with various tax reforms affecting global business transactions. The company also expanded its services with Google Fiber, Alphabet’s broadband internet service, to facilitate processing of Google Fiber’s full order-to-revenue process.
