Again, a Danish biomanufacturing startup, has raised USD 10 million in a seed funding round led by ACME, GV (Google Ventures), and Atlantic Labs. The company expects to scale its carbon recycling process through new funding. This round brings the company's total funding to USD 55.7 million.
Following the funding round, the company also opened its first carbon utilization plant in Copenhagen, Denmark, to convert CO2 waste into chemical products utilizing gas-eating bacteria. Through this facility, it again aims to capture and transform one ton of CO2 into acetate and acetic acid daily.
