Product updates

  • California-based full-stack quantum computing company Rigetti Computing and financial intelligence firm Moody's Analytics have partnered to enhance machine-learning methods for the financial sector using quantum computing abilities. In conjunction with this, the company also launched its 84-qubit Ankaa-2 quantum system, available for public use via the cloud-based Rigetti Quantum Cloud Services platform.

  • The collaboration will leverage Rigetti’s 84-qubit Ankaa system for improved error correction strategies on larger-scale datasets from various macroeconomic domains.

  • The Ankaa-2 system is based on Rigetti's fourth-generation chip architecture with tunable couplers and a square lattice. It achieved a 2% median two-qubit gate error rate, less than half the error rate of previous systems, resulting in improved fidelity.
