  • VFC Foods, a UK-based plant-based meat company, has rebranded as Vegan Food Group (VFG) with plans to establish itself as a global leader in the plant-based food sector.

  • VFG operations span 21,000 distribution points with a selection of 80 stock-keeping units, consisting of VFC, Meatless Farm, and Clive’s Purely Plants products. It also plans to acquire additional brands later in line with its strategy to consolidate multiple brands under one entity.

  • Analyst QuickTake: VFC was a leading player in the UK plant-based space even before it acquired The Meatless Farm and Clive’s Purely Plants , which helped to expand its portfolio. Backed by USD 21.1 million in total funding, the company plans to grow its presence across the Nordic countries, Belgium, Spain, France, Germany, and Australia, strengthening its market position.
