PsiQuantum partners with MUFG and Mitsubishi Chemical for energy-efficient materials research

Partnerships

  • California-based PsiQuantum and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) have entered PsiQuantum's Qlimate initiative project with Mitsubishi Chemical to research energy-efficient materials in promoting a low-carbon economy.

  • The partnership will develop quantum computing models for energy-efficient windows, data storage, solar energy storage and solar cells, and photoswitch-enabled use cases. Through this joint effort, Mitsubishi Chemical will gain early access to the implementation of fault-tolerant quantum computing for sustainable materials development.
