Starship intends to use the funds to expand geographically, introduce a robot manufacturing scheme with a yet-to-disclose partner, and further invest in its software and logistics services.
Starship's robots have now covered over 11 million miles across 80 locations in the US and Europe, executing more than six million deliveries.
Analyst QuickTake: Starship is the most funded startup in the droid-based delivery space, followed by Agility Robotics, with USD 170+ million raised to date. Starship is also one of the few droid manufacturers with established commercial operations, and its services span the US, UK, and other European countries.
