HighRadius, an accounting and finance operations automation platform, has acquired Cforia Software, a billing and collections automation software provider, for an undisclosed sum.

After the completion of this acquisition, HighRadius intends to extend its resources and support toward Cforia operations. The company also plans to offer Cforia Software’s working capital and accounts receivable automation software to its network of over 800 enterprise customers.

HighRadius offers an accounting platform that provides a range of specialized solutions for users to optimize cash flow forecasting, manage B2B payments, and automate financial reconciliations. Moreover, HighRadius leverages a combination of AI/ML and robotic process automation (RPA) technology to analyze historical financial data and user behavior to make predictions, identify patterns, and enable proactive decision-making.
