Funding

  • Australia-based quantum computing company Diraq has secured USD 15 million in a Series A-2 funding round led by Quantonation, with participation from John Higgins Family Investments, the University of New South Wales (UNSW), and existing investors.

  • The funds will boost Diraq's R&D efforts, expand its team in Australia, enter the US market, and strengthen its existing global partnerships. The company will also focus on developing a quantum chip through a standard semiconductor foundry for the next 18 months.

  • Founded in 2022, Diraq is a full-stack quantum computing company that caters to the semiconductor industry.
