Xact Metal partners with GPAINNOVA US to enhance solutions

Partnerships

  • Xact Metal, a metal AM solution provider, partnered with GPAINNOVA US, a metal surface finishing solutions provider, to offer a comprehensive series of design, printing, and finishing process solutions jointly.

  • The partnership will integrate GPAINNOVA's dry electropolishing technology, DryLyte, into Xact Metal's 3D printers for post-processing, providing users with an end-to-end solution incorporating automation in manufacturing and finishing processes.

  • Moreover, the companies claim that the new solution will digitize the labor in dental laboratories, leading to a 60%–80% reduction in polishing time, faster printing, and a sharp decrease in manual labor.

  • Xact Metal offers a range of additive manufacturing solutions, including metal 3D printers, materials, and related software. Its range of 3D printers caters to a range of industrial metal powder-bed fusion applications that require prototyping, tooling capabilities, or low-volume casting alternatives. Moreover, the company partners with material providers to offer certified materials, such as stainless steel, tool steel, super alloys, copper, titanium, and aluminum.
