Jack & Annie's, a plant-based meat producer specializing in jackfruit-based meat alternatives, has partnered with US fast-casual chain Smashburger to introduce a jackfruit-based burger at Smashburger locations nationwide.
This collaboration began as a limited-time offering in selected stores in the summer, with its success leading to the permanent addition of the vegan burger. It also marks Jack & Annie’s first venture into the fast-casual dining scene.
