Quantron, a German developer of electric and hydrogen commercial vehicles, has signed a letter of intent with Hygenox, a German green hydrogen company, to help boost the latter's logistics operations.
As such, Quantron intends to supply Hygenox with up to eight of the QUANTRON QHM FCEV and QUANTRON QLI FCEV by 2026. Hygenox will use these for its 100 MW hydrogen project at its plant in Germany.
Analyst QuickTake: In September 2023 , Quantron agreed to provide its FCEVs to IKEA Austria and support its plans to expand its H2 trucks to 40 units. Similarly, in August 2023 , Quantron partnered with Mob’Hy, a French producer and distributor of green hydrogen, to supply 253 Quantron fuel-cell electric vehicles (FCEV) between 2024 and 2027.
