Lightricks, a developer of video and image editing apps for creators, has announced an AI-based filmmaking tool called "LTX Studio." It aims to help creators visualize and develop short AI-generated clips for their story ideas.
LTX Studio uses a prompt system to turn a typed idea into a script and storyboard with characters. Key features include a customizable storyboard divided into scenes and shots, style and location changes, editing options for motion scale, camera angles, effects, dialogues, and a shot editor for tweaking frame and sound settings. In addition, creators can create, modify, or remove characters from a separate tab and even import an image to create a character design.
