Suki, an AI technology provider for healthcare, has partnered with Amwell to integrate Suki's system to reduce healthcare providers' documentation burden.
Through the partnership, Suki's AI voice recognition technology will be integrated into Amwell’s Converge telehealth platform, enabling clinicians across over 2,000 hospitals using the platform to have access to better, faster clinical documentation capabilities and freeing up time to focus on patients.
As of March 2024, the company claims to help clinicians speed up their note-taking process by 72% on average, support other tasks such as coding and dictation, and generate a 9x ROI in incremental revenue for organizations during year one of implementing Suki.
Analyst QuickTake : This partnership marks the fourth that Suki has secured within a 12-month period, the previous three being its partnerships with healthcare providers PartnerMD , Central Virginia Family Physicians (CVFP) Medical Group , and Omo . Each of these partnerships have helped Suki expand its market presence. With its most recent partnership with Amwell, the company’s reach extends to over 90 million patients across 55 health plans.
