The Bezos Earth Fund, led by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, has pledged USD 60 million towards establishing multiple Bezos Centers for Sustainable Protein to enhance the production of alternative proteins.
The centers will focus on reducing expenses, enhancing nutritional benefits, and upgrading the quality of alternative proteins. This investment is part of Bezos Earth Fund's USD 1 billion commitment to improving sustainability in the food system.
