Nexa3D, a 3D-printing solutions provider, has acquired 3D-Fuel, a 3D-printing filament manufacturer, for an undisclosed amount.
3D-Fuel offers a range of additive manufacturing materials, including up to 18 different categories of filaments in 40 colors. The company specializes in using plant-based materials and plant-captured carbon as feedstock for its flagship product lines.
The deal will enable 3D-Fuel to integrate Nexa3D’s material solutions (including its validated resin, metals, and thermoplastic materials) into its product portfolio, enhance operational efficiency, and invest in R&D.
