Oatly, a Swedish plant-based dairy company, has partnered with TOUS les JOURS, a popular bakery café chain, to provide oat milk at more than 100 TOUS les JOURS outlets across the US.
This move is part of the bakery's initiative to offer more plant-based options while enhancing variety and promoting sustainability. Further, to signify the start of this partnership, the bakery chain has introduced two new beverage options, Shakerato and Shaken Tea Latter, made with Oatly oat milk.
Analyst QuickTake: Over the last six months, Oatly has developed multiple foodservice partnerships in the US, expanding the availability of its products. In November 2023 , Oatly partnered with Insomnia Cookies to offer its oat milk at all 250+ outlets, followed by the rollout of Oatly products at 180+ Coffee Bean and Tea Lead locations nationwide. Further, in January 2024 , it partnered with Carvel, a renowned ice cream chain, to introduce oat milk-based desserts in 300 Carvel stores across 18 states.
