Nourish, a telenutrition platform provider, has secured USD 35 million in a Series A funding round led by Index Ventures. Other venture capital firms and individual investors contributed, including soccer player Alex Morgan and the founders of Oscar, Olipop, and Notion.
The raised capital will be used to fuel the advancement of its digital platform serving patients and providers. Additionally, Nourish plans to broaden its network of registered dietitians to more than 1,000 by the end of 2024 and fortify its strategic collaborations with health plans.
Nourish provides a telenutrition platform that offers individuals nutritional guidance. Through its platform, individuals are connected with dedicated dieticians who provide customized support for a range of life stages and health conditions. In addition to working with the user’s current healthcare providers and conducting an assessment, dieticians adopt a whole-health approach, considering the user’s fitness, sleep, mindfulness, and supplements when developing a personalized nutrition plan. Users can also access goal-setting functions and curated content such as recipes and meal ideas.
