Parafin, a lending-as-a-service platform, has secured USD 125 million through a warehouse facility from Silicon Valley Bank (a division of First Citizens Bank) and Trinity Capital Inc. Parafin total funding now stands at USD 369 million. The company had also secured a credit line of USD 150 million from Atalaya Capital Management and Jefferies Financial Group in August 2022 to launch new products targeting small businesses.
The company plans to use the facility to provide capital financing to businesses such as DoorDash and Amazon.
Parafin currently serves thousands of businesses and provides nearly USD 5 billion in loan offers.
