Revolut, a UK-based neobank serving B2C and B2B segments, has secured a banking license to operate in Mexico.
It aims to leverage the license to offer a wide range of financial products and services to facilitate cross-border remittances for Mexican customers.
Analyst QuickTake: In March 2023, Revolut secured the Direct Credit Society (SCD) license from the Central Bank of Brazil, enabling its operation in the country. It now provides a global account offering foreign exchange and remittance capabilities in 27 currencies.
