nZero, a real-time carbon tracking and accounting platform, has launched Rapid Emissions Profile (REP), an AI-powered benchmarking and forecasting tool for climate accountability and compliance.

The REP tool works with minimal information such as a building's type, size, location, and annual energy consumption, without the need for monthly or hourly data or the involvement of third-party utilities.

The product, currently offered free of charge, provides an initial assessment of a company's GHG emissions and its potential for financial penalties for non-compliance. 

It also outlines a company's compliance status and estimates potential annual fines. It also provides insight into which buildings may be out of compliance, allowing companies to know where to focus their efforts.
