Aleph Farms partners with BioRaptor to optimize cultivated meat production using AI

Partnerships

  • Aleph Farms, an Israeli cultivated meat company, has partnered with AI insights platform BioRaptor to lower production costs and streamline production processes.

  • Aleph Farms will integrate advanced AI and machine learning tools into its R&D department for real-time data collection and analysis and to help optimize processes before significant infrastructure investments. Further, this integration claims to improve the efficiency of evaluations, projections, and the scale-up process, resulting in cost savings.

  • Analyst QuickTake: In January this year, Aleph Farms became the only cultivated meat producer to receive approval for a cell-cultured beef product. This partnership comes at a crucial time as the company gears up for its first commercial launch and geographic expansion. In line with its expansion plans, the company recently partnered with BBGI and Fermbox Bio to build Thailand's first production plant for cellular agriculture applications.
