Metabolon announced the closing of a USD 60 million credit facility led by Trinity Capital. An initial payment of USD 42.5 million was made at the point of closing the round. The recent round came shortly after a previous equity financing of USD 25 million in January 2023.

The company aims to use the newly acquired funds to strengthen its R&D capabilities and enhance its metabolomics platform. It also plans to use the investment for global expansion, including entering new markets and forming strategic partnerships.
