Partnerships
Product updates

  • Hyundai Motor Company has partnered with Plus, an autonomous truck manufacturer, to launch a Level 4 autonomous Class 8 hydrogen fuel-cell electric truck in the US. Under the collaboration, Hyundai's “XCIENT” fuel-cell electric truck will be equipped with Plus' “SuperDrive” Level 4 autonomous driving technology.

  • The truck, currently under Level 4 autonomous driving trials, is reportedly the first class 8 FCEV truck to conduct Level 4 autonomous driving trials in the US.

  • Plus’ SuperDrive uses sensors, LiDAR, radar, and cameras to enable self-driving capabilities. The technology is deployed across the US, Europe, and Australia.
