Rokid surpasses crowdfunding goal for AR Lite glasses with USD 370,000

Funding

  • Rokid announced that it had significantly surpassed its crowdfunding goal of ~USD 20,000 for its AR Lite glasses, having raised ~USD 370,000 so far.

  • Funds were earmarked to expedite the production and delivery of the Rokid AR Lite glasses designed for everyday use.

  • Analyst QuickTake: While Rokid was successful in meeting its crowdfunding target, the funds raised are much lower than those of other competitors in the space. However, the company still has time to raise more funding before its July 11 deadline. Additionally, Rokid initially announced its AR Lite glasses in April 2024 , featuring its Max 2 AR glasses and the Rokid Station 2 host unit, set for production and shipping in September 2024.
