In Q1 FY2025 (ending April 30), UiPath reported a quarterly revenue of USD 335 million, a 16% increase over the previous year. Moreover, UiPath reported a total non-GAAP operating income of USD 50 million, compared to USD 48 million in Q1 of FY2024.
UiPath announced that Rob Enslin would be resigning as CEO. Daniel Dines, the company’s co-founder who currently serves as its chief innovation officer and executive chairman of the board, will be re-appointed as CEO in June.
During the quarter, the company received Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) authorization, which enables it to offer its solutions to US federal agencies, US state governments, and several international public sector organizations.
Moreover, UiPath also announced a partnership with Microsoft to integrate its GenAI assistant, Copilot for Microsoft 365, into its flagship automation platform. The integration will provide joint customers direct access to UiPath’s automation capabilities directly within Copilot for Microsoft 365, Teams, or their own Copilot-adjacent platforms.
