Manhattan Associates launches Manhattan Active Supply Chain Planning solution

Product updates

  • Manhattan Associates, a global technology leader in supply chain and omnichannel commerce, has launched the Manhattan Active Supply Chain Planning solution. The solution fosters a more collaborative approach between supply chain planning and execution systems.

  • It aims to eliminate operational silos in supply chains. The key features include real-time coordination of inventory, labor, and transportation planning. Furthermore, it uses AI to analyze and process large data quantities for precise demand forecasts.

  • The company asserts that the solution improves overall operations and provides cost-effective outcomes. It is part of the company's unified supply chain commerce ecosystem, built on the cloud-native Manhattan Active Platform.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Incumbents in the Supply Chain Tech space are also aggressively penetrating the market with new supply chain planning solutions. In April, Logility launched a new Decision Command Center for enhanced supply chain planning, and SAP enhanced its AI capabilities in supply chain solutions targeting the manufacturing sector.
