Automation Anywhere announces the launch of the AI + Enterprise automation system

Product updates

  • Automation Anywhere, a diversified process automation solutions provider, has launched the AI + Automation Enterprise System, which aims to infuse generative AI technology across a range of its workflow automation products.

  • The system will include a low-code development studio which enables users to create and manage custom AI Agents, which can make informed decisions and perform automated actions across enterprise systems. Developers will be able to train AI Agents with enterprise data via a native Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) service, as well as Amazon Bedrock. Moreover, the solution will allow users to test prompts and ensure outputs are relevant for any use case before putting AI Agents into action.

  • The system will be supported by the company’s new GenAI process models which are trained on metadata from over 300 million process automations currently running on the platform. The company claims it can reduce automation creation by 30%, and provide a document processing accuracy of 90%. The new models will power  improvements to the platform’s AI copilot and document processing, as well as a “Generative Recorder”, which can automatically detect changes in a source application interface and self-heal in real-time.
