The EVERY Company (formerly Clara Foods), a Californian plant-based egg alternative developer, has partnered with Grupo Palacios, the leading Spanish omelet producer, to develop hen-less omelets and other new products.
The collaboration would integrate EVERY Egg (the world's first liquid egg alternative) into Palacios' Spanish omelets and use it in R&D processes for new products.
