Product updates

  • Archer Aviation, an NYSE-listed eVTOL aircraft manufacturer, announced its partnership with Kilroy Realty Corporation, an NYSE-listed real estate investment developer, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on June 20, 2024.

  • The partners seek to establish a main hub in Oyster Point, South San Francisco, close to the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) where Kilroy is developing a 50-acre campus. Archer Aviation also expects future potential vertiport sites to be set up at Napa, San Jose, Oakland, and Livermore, with its existing connections to infrastructure partners.

  • Analyst QuickTake: This marks Archer's second collaboration in June 2024 , following a partnership with Signature Aviation to expand the air taxi sector in the US, by partnering to set up possible new vertiport locations to operate eVTOL aircraft by 2025.
