Bioelements Group expands sustainable packaging operations to US

Geographic expansion

  • BioElements Group, a Chile-based company specializing in bio-based packaging with operations in Latin America, has launched its US headquarters in Houston, as part of its North American expansion.

  • BioElements' flexible packaging solutions can biodegrade under aerobic and anaerobic conditions within 3–20 months. The company also holds a B Corp certification and has a clientele of leading retailers and food service companies in Latin America. Bioelements reports that it hopes to enter the US packaging market, targeting the retail, ecommerce, food, home and personal care, and specialties markets.
