Knoll and Coty Paris partner to create innovative, sustainable luxury packaging

Partnerships

  • Knoll Packaging, a global manufacturer for packaging solutions, has developed a bio-based clamshell for beauty and cosmetics brand Infiniment Coty Paris' new fragrance line using its Ecoform Molded Pulp, a plastic-free and sustainable material.

  • The engineered clamshell design provides a friction-fit closure and grants a smooth, luxury aesthetic matching the fragrance's mission. The eco-friendly packaging is made of 60% bamboo and 40% bagasse fibers, making it biodegradable and recyclable. The partners announced that the successful application of the Ecoform Molded Pulp showcases the potential for sustainable packaging in the luxury industry.
