Stratasys rolls out J5 Digital Anatomy 3D printer to create anatomical models

Product updates

  • Stratasys, a provider of polymer 3D printing solutions, has announced the launch of the J5 Digital Anatomy 3D printer, which is designed to provide cost-effective, high-fidelity anatomical models.

  • The printer supports the production of models that resemble the behavior and response of real human tissue, skeletal structures, and vasculature, with biomechanically accurate materials. It also provides realistic haptic feedback and true-to-life radiopacity characteristics.

  • The company claims that the printer is compact, easy to use, and accessible. Also, it has a smaller footprint to allow a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), better patient outcomes, simplified operations, and faster product development in hospitals, medical device manufacturers, and research institutions.
