Axtra3D, a provider of additive manufacturing solutions, has announced the qualification of Loctite 3D IND3380 from Henkel for its Lumia X1 3D Printer.
The material is resistant to high temperatures, has electrostatic dissipative properties, and is substantial in stiffness. It is designed to create parts with high precision, crisp edges, and flat surfaces.
The company claims that the material is suitable for producing electrical connectors, jigs, fixtures for electronic manufacturing, automotive parts, and durable goods and is an alternative to injection molding.
