NIP Group, the parent company of Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) and Chinese digital sports group ESV5, has filed for an IPO on the US stock market, Nasdaq. The company aims to raise USD 5 million, with estimates suggesting it could reach USD 50 million. Other esports organizations on Nasdaq include Enthusiast Gaming and GameSquare, while Astralis voted to delist from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark.
