Iteris receives USD 3.75 million contract from San Francisco Bay Area Metropolitan Transportation Commission

Partnerships

  • Iteris, a smart mobility infrastructure management company, has expanded its partnership with the San Francisco Bay Area Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for a USD 3.75 million contract.

  • Iteris will provide managed services to support 511 traveler information operations region-wide across the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area for three additional years. This includes continuing to provide the 511 SF Bay phone service and operations support services, building on their existing partnership since 2016.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Iteris is known to partner with public sector customers, and has so far deployed its solutions in partnership with agencies and authorities such as Transport Canada, Virginia DOT, Texas DOT, Florida DOT, Utah DOT, Maricopa County, the City of Cedar Park in Texas, Coachella Valley Governments in California, the Orange County Transportation Authority, etc.
