Linus Health, a digital health company focused on early detection of cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's, and other dementias, has acquired Together Senior Health, a brain health company delivering evidence-based solutions for individuals with cognitive decline, for an undisclosed sum.
Together Senior Health is the creator of the Moving Together program, a scientifically validated virtual therapeutic program that combines gentle movement, mindful body awareness, music, and social interaction for people with cognitive decline. The company also developed RADAR, a proprietary algorithm for identifying and stratifying cognitive impairment risk using healthcare data.
The acquisition aims to expand Linus Health's platform capabilities, combining objective and subjective cognitive assessments with actionable guidance for providers and patients. This integration is expected to enhance early detection and intervention for cognitive decline, potentially improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.
Analyst QuickTake: This marks the second acquisition Linus Health has completed this year. In March , the company acquired Aural Analytics, a software provider that evaluates speech to assess cognitive conditions. This acquisition was similarly carried out to enhance Linus Health’s cognitive assessment capabilities and expand the company’s operations into the life sciences industry.
