Together Senior Health is the creator of the Moving Together program, a scientifically validated virtual therapeutic program that combines gentle movement, mindful body awareness, music, and social interaction for people with cognitive decline. The company also developed RADAR, a proprietary algorithm for identifying and stratifying cognitive impairment risk using healthcare data.
