Almaviva to acquire Iteris for USD 335 million to expand smart mobility infrastructure management

M&A

  • Iteris, a smart mobility infrastructure management company, has entered a definitive agreement to be acquired by Almaviva, a private Italian digital innovation group, for USD 335 million, including a provision for Iteris shareholders to receive USD 7.20 per share in cash. The deal is expected to close later in 2024.

  • Post-acquisition, Almaviva plans to leverage Iteris' ClearMobility Platform to innovate further and expand its global digital mobility services. The acquisition will result in Iteris becoming a privately held company, with its common stock no longer traded on Nasdaq.
