Skyports collaborates with Wagner Corporation for vertiport development in Australia

Partnerships

  • Skyports, a UK-based air taxi and drone logistics company, has partnered with Wagner Corporation, an Australian property and infrastructure development company, to explore the possibility of developing vertiports in Queensland, Australia.

  • The partnership aims to prospect vertiport development opportunities in strategic locations around Brisbane and Queensland, with Wagner Corporation identifying suitable real estate assets from its portfolio and Skyports evaluating these sites for design and operational viability.

  • The partners will also work together with potential eVTOL companies, such as Wisk Aero, to assist in their air taxi operations throughout Queensland. In July 2022 , Skyports formed a partnership with Wisk Aero to establish a network for entry into service and vertiports in the South East Queensland (SEQ) area.
