Synergy Cloud partners with Claim Technology to develop joint claims solutions

Partnerships

  • Synergy Cloud, a claims management system provider, has partnered with Claim Technology, an InsurTech company that provides APIs and no-code tools, to develop joint solutions for the property and casualty (P&C) claims market.

  • The partnership will integrate Synergy Cloud's livestream video capability into Claim Technology's customer self-serve chatbot, available as a plug-and-play solution via Claim Technology's InsurTech marketplace.

  • Future collaborations between the two companies include developing a zero-touch self-serve solution for surge events (e.g., flooding) and supply chain P2P automation, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the claims industry.
