Aize partners with SBM Offshore for fleet digitization project

Partnerships

  • Digital twin software provider Aize and fleet operator SBM Offshore have entered a five-year fleet digitization project.

  • The partnership aims to integrate Aize's software into SBM Offshore's global fleet vessels, covering both engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and operations and maintenance (O&M) phases. Implementation will start with vessels in production, followed by those in the EPC phase, based on digital readiness and construction timelines.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Aize continues to strengthen its position as a provider of industrial digital twin technology. In August 2024 , the company partnered with Aker BP to implement its digital twin solutions for Aker BP's topsides. Earlier, in February 2024 , Aize also collaborated with ExxonMobil Guyana and SBM Offshore to deploy its digital twin software on two floating production vessels in Guyana.
