Amaero raises AUD 25 million in institutional placement to purchase equipment

  • Amaero International, a provider of metal additive manufacturing, has raised AUD 25 million (USD 16.9 million) in an institutional placement priced at AUD 0.35 per share.

  • The company plans to use the funding to purchase capital equipment, including a second atomizer, and improve its Tennessee headquarters. 

  • Amaero International is an Australian company that offers additive manufacturing solutions specializing in refractory metals and specialty alloy powders for critical applications in the defense, space, and aviation industries. Additionally, it offers on-demand manufacturing services for enterprise customers to produce near-net-shape parts using Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) technology.
