Kiwibot acquires Nickelytics for USD 25 million to turn delivery robots into mobile billboards

M&A

  • Kiwibot, a delivery droid developer, has acquired Nickelytics, an advertising company, for USD 25 million to transform Kiwibot's delivery robots into mobile billboards.

  • Nickelytics primarily offers solutions for car-wrap advertising, truck advertising, and digital ads through displays like tablets in ridesharing cars. Through this acquisition, Kiwibot plans to leverage Nickelytics' data analytics capabilities and combine them with its route mapping to offer advertising opportunities across more than 20 states in high-traffic areas. The deal will also give Nickelytics' high-profile customers access to over 500 mobile Kiwibots for advertising.
