Dyndrite, an additive manufacturing software provider, has joined the Aachen Center for Additive Manufacturing (ACAM), a research institution, to develop new additive manufacturing solutions.
The partnership aims to combine Dyndrite's expertise in mathematics, computation, and manufacturing with ACAM's network of industrial and scientific partners to address various challenges in process automation, materials development, and digital manufacturing at scale. Specifically, Dyndrite plans to contribute its software tools, including the LPBF Pro toolkit.
Dyndrite offers a range of software solutions for the additive manufacturing industry. Dyndrite's flagship product, the Additive Manufacturing Toolkit (AMT), provides a streamlined CAD-to-print workflow for industrial 3D-printing applications. It is powered by the company’s “Accelerated Computation Engine” (ACE), a GPU-powered geometry kernel designed to enhance the speed and efficiency of 3D-printing processes. The software enables users to create customizable, automated workflows for use cases, such as generating toolpaths and qualifying processes via a Python-based API.
