ServiceNow enters a series of partnerships to add new AI and data automation features to its flagship platform

Partnerships

  • ServiceNow, an AI-powered business transformation platform, has unveiled a series of partnerships with a number of companies, including NVIDIA, Rimini Street, Databricks, and Snowflake, to add a range of new AI and data automation features to its flagship platform.

  • The company's strategic partnership with NVIDIA will enable it to combine NVIDIA's AI infrastructure (including NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform, NeMo framework, and NIM microservices on DGX Cloud) with its platform to develop more capable native AI agents within the ServiceNow platform. Through this integration, agents will be able to comprehend context, break down complex outcomes into smaller tasks, prioritize them, plan actions, and execute strategies. Moreover, the solution will include Guardrails — built using NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails software — to allow organizations to add the levels of governance to processes.

  • NVIDIA also partnered with Rimini Street, a provider of enterprise software support solutions, to combine its platform with Rimini Street's technology to enable users to overhaul ERP systems without requiring costly migrations. The solution leverages ServiceNow's AI platform for modernization, Rimini Support for third-party software maintenance, and Rimini Manage for application management.

  • Finally, the company partnered with both Databricks and Snowflake, to implement zero copy integration for enhanced machine learning and AI capabilities. The partnerships enable bi-directional data exchange, allowing Databricks and Snowflake customers to access data within ServiceNow's RaptorDB database, while ServiceNow customers can access data and insights for workflow triggers.
