Founded in 2020 by Jason Lavender and Krikor Dzeronian, Electives provides learning and development classes taught by experts from a variety of professions including FBI agents, business school professors, Broadway performers, improv comedians, and professional athletes, among others. The company provides classes and customized diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) courses on a range of topics including manager training, implicit bias, leadership development, storytelling, gender identity, and cultural history. Electives currently serves more than 60 employers.
