Flock Freight, a shared truckload solutions provider, has raised USD 215 million in a Series D funding round led by Softbank Vision Fund 2 with participation from Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, Eden Global Partners, SignalFire, GLP Capital Partners, and GV. The company reached unicorn status at a valuation of USD 1.3 billion. The round brought the company’s total funds raised to roughly USD 400 million.
The company intends to utilize the funds to further develop its technology and expand the team and its operations, especially at its new Chicago office to be opened this year.
