Redefine Meat debuts New-Meat, the world’s first plant-based wholecuts

Product updates

  • Redefine Meat, an Israel-based plant-based meat startup, is set to launch the world’s first-ever category of plant-based whole-cuts. The range called New-Meat will include beef, lamb flank cuts, culinary-grade ground beef, sausages, premium burgers, and lamb kebab alternatives.

  • The New-Meat product range, endorsed by British chef Marco Pierre White, world-renowned chef  Ron Blaauw, Berlin's head chef of FACIL Restaurant (two-Michelin stars) Joachim Gerner, and Israel's famed chef Shahaf Sabatay, is created using a range of proprietary and patented technologies and plant-based ingredients and is expected to be available in select restaurants in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Israel.
